The FIFA Online Store is operated and managed by Legends Hospitality España SLU, a Spanish company with its address at Paseo de la Castellana, número 53, 1-b, 28046 Madrid, Spain, which is part of the Legends Hospitality group of companies ("Legends", "we", "our" or "us").
HOW WE WORK AND SHARE INFORMATION WITH FIFA
We work closely with the Fédération Internationale de Football Association ("FIFA")to bring you the FIFA Online Store. We share your personal information with FIFA to report on and enable FIFA to review our administration of the FIFA Online Store, as well as to inform FIFA's marketing and promotional activities.
What information we share with FIFA
We will share with FIFA personal information about you and the products you purchase and return to us, as well as comments and queries you submit to us about the FIFA Online Store or the products available on the FIFA Online Store.

Who is responsible for your personal information
As the operator of the FIFA Online Store, we will be the controller of the personal information you provide to us when you purchase products through the FIFA Online Store or communicate with us about the FIFA Online Store or the products available on the FIFA Online Store. This means that we determine and are responsible for how your personal information is used.

Transfers: each of us and FIFA have implemented our own safeguards for the transfers of your personal information we undertake, including transfers outside of the jurisdiction you are in.
